I cut myself with a knife while preparing an english muffin. I put alcohal and a bandaid on it, but should I be worried by infection or tetnas or something?

If you've been immunized against tetanus within the last 10 years and it's a clean cut, then you're probably ok.

You might want to get a tetnas if you haven't had one in the past four years. Depends how bad it is but you can probably just keep it clean and be good.

If the knife was clean (other than muffin crumbs), you probably have nothing to worry about. However, I would reccomend Hydrogen Peroxide to clean future cuts!

I'd worry about the poor muffin. You are a dangerous person. Stay away from all sharp objects

if the knife was rusty the answer is yes. Still if the cut is big you should consider stitches, so it won't leave a mark
