well theres a couple of things you can do. make sure to wash sheets especially pillow cases so all the dead skin doesnt cause a break out. you definitely something stronger like a prescibed medication. if your hair is in you face and you dont wash it often that can definitely make it worse. mary kay cleansing wash is excellant for skin and half the price of proactive!

It sounds like you're over-washing your face to try to control the acne. What you eat or drink has nothing to do with your complexion. Try this: Do you have oily skin? If so, use the washes that turn into foam on skin contact. Don't use it more than once a day. If your skin feels too tight, strangely enough, find a moisturizer that's oil-free.
If your skin is more dry, it might need moisture. Sometimes skin gets cranky when it doesn't have enough moisture.
If you have T-zone oily, use the combination washes, but pick your moisturizers and acne-control meds only where they're needed.
Proactive is no better than any other medicine. It's pretty much the same ingredients, the only difference is the washing regiment.

All Clear acne skin care by Beauticontrol is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I started getting acne at 25 and by 35 I had a pizza face. It seemed the more I tried to dry it up the worse it got. So I would say an acne system with a moisturizer is your best bet. You don't want to over dry. Your face will overcompensate by producing more oil.
I have two pages of skin care tips that have worked for me and my husband (he tried Proactive and Accutane. Neither worked). The skin care system lasts four months or more depending on how often you use it. I use it twice a day, my husband only in the mornings.
Always wash your face before bed if no other time. If you are too tired, then make a routine to wash it before you get tired. But ALWAYS wash your face before bed, especially if you wear makeup.
Find a Beauticontrol consultant near you or go to my web page to contact me directly.

You won't be disappointed. If you don't trust me then, go to Wal-mart and get their system for about $20 bucks. The most important thing is you use the products daily without fail. Don't skip nights or you will suffer breakouts.
Good luck!!!

Home acne remedies: Wash the face thoroughly with a non-oily face wash twice a day. After wiping off the water from the face apply tea-tree oil on the face. This can reduce the acne chances.
Don’t apply any oily or chemical cosmetics on the face. Apart from this basic acne remedy you can also use natural cleansers for better results.

im not a dermatologist but know from other people that the prescription pill Accutane works really well for severe acne. do you have medical insurance? it reduces the cost of the pills. but there are some side effects like dry skin and increased triglyceride levels. after the regimen, though, you should be acne free....

change your pillowcases, wash your hair every night put it in a bun to go to sleep) keep hands & hair out of your face. to open your pores up steam your face of a pot of boiling water for 10-15 min with a towel over your head. then squeeze out zits\blackheads. you should try an on-the-spot cream with benzoyl peroxide to put on every pimple. remember to use an oil-free moisurizer at all times. eat more veggies and dont eat greasy food. dont stress out. putting coverup can make it worse.
my best advice is to see your doctor, he\she can prescribe topicals and antibiotcs. you might need accutane.
