You don't say what age the son is, so that could change what would be appropriate. However, if in elementary school, what about a "paper" quilt. Each child draws a picture (maybe something about the teacher or school, or something about the child), and you put them all together.

Prepackaged luggage of animal crackers or graham crackers ought to do the trick. Blue corn chips and salsa perchance? yet that could get somewhat greater complicated. they are fit than cookies, cupcakes, etc. additionally, what approximately breakfast meals? Will they permit something contained in the morning? you should do a tray of breakfast tacos (my widespread), bagels, or something comparable. Breakfast tacos are in no way contained in the area of candy meals. desire this supplies some innovations of strategies. good success!

I like the idea of a t-shirt with hand prints of all the kids (using appropriate paitns), with their names on it as well.

I also like the idea of creating a mini scrapbook - photos of the kids, with drawings and/or other things from the kids.

Or how about a garden stone, with their hand prints in it (you can buy kits to make these, or you can get instructions from gardening DIY sites, eg. http://www.bhg.com/ to make a series of small stones, or one large one - you can addfancy glass stones to them, glitter, etc - lots of ideas actually).

Good luck!

How about getting a tee shirt/sweat shirt and some permanent markers and have each kid write his name. Add a few rhinestones and painted flowers and there you have it.
