I always feel the same way I did after I delivered my 10.5# daughter 17 years ago!!! Anyone???? Answers???

because other wise we would have a slow leak for weeks! Most women are sensitive to the fluids so it makes the tissues ache, I find using "Instead" instead of traditional products help a lot.

Takes the first period to get used to it, its similar to a diaphram but with room to hold the fluid. You dont' have to use a new one each day like it says....wash it out twice a day like you would wash a diaphram.....I use one a month and never had a problem.

Cramps are the literal breakdown of the uterine wall that is not being used to sustain a fetus. It's the breaking and moving that causes the cramps. I have been hospitalized with cramps and can tell you I feel your pain. Mine start two days before Aunt Flo.

I don't know why. But I know I always crave chocolate around that time and rarely have cramps but exercise helps too.

I don't get cramps. My body changes every 7 years and this seven I don't get cramps. Interesting isn't it?

Because if men hurt like we do then we'd all be extinct...lol. I hurt really bad with my periods too and it sucks! You are not alone girl!
