Yes, but the CD into the computer and go to iTunes. It should be there, if not, chech to see if it say import CD in the upper right hand corner of the iTunes window. Then you should see the CD title where your playlists are. Make sure you iPod is plugged into the computer too. Click and drag the songs you want and put them in a playlist that's on your iPod. It should then be on your iPod.

Sorry if the directions are cloudy... I've done this before but I'm saying it from memory.

Yes, iTunes does that. Just "Get CD track names" and "Import to MP3".
Select MP3 first in Import/Preferences.

U can do anything with your music when its ripped.Whether its iPod,DVD or mp3 player

Yes, it is legal. If you bought the song in one format then you can convert it to another format for your own use. When it becomes illegal is when you try to share the file.
