really does not matter as long as the size is right and he knows how to work it also cut or uncut long as he knows how to keep it clean and free of STDs and anything else that can cause health problems.

cut, because uncut holds a lot of bacteria under the extra skin and can cause infections in women. It's really nasty. So I would take the cleaner one thank-you!

Not only does cut look better, but it has a more defined head, and the ridge brings more pleasure to a woman because it can hit her spot easier.
