Forever 21: Cute, unique, and affordable clothing. A shirt is from 10.50-26.50 (Really dressy and elaborate ones) Accessories for real cheap too.
Wet Seal: Similar to Forever 21 , but maybe cheaper.
Kohl's: Their Clearance is ah-mazing! They have shirts for like 1.50 sometimes, and I got a cute bubble skirt for 1.75.
Charlotte Russe: A pretty place that has casual and dressy apparel. Not to expensive either. Check it out!
Old Navy: It has great basics, and every now and then they have ah-mazing pieces....and their clearance is not to bad either.
Aeropostale: Simple but affordable.
That's all I can remember! You can google any of them, and see their official sites!
Good Luck!

I would try Hollister, Aeropostale, American Eagle, or Old Navy. My favorite out of those for your age and weight would be Hollister. They have mark down items, and most clothes aren't too overpriced in the first place and are reasonable for teenagers. I lvoe bargains too. Why not have more clothes for less, than two tops for the same price. I don't usually shop at Abercrombie except for maybe like two shirts at the beginning of the school year because it is way too expensive I think. If your a major bargain person, try Ross, Marshalls, or Gabriel's. Try tight fitting tops and faded jeans. That's what I like. Cute camis under them look great, but that's me. Good Luck!

Do you have a Goody's up there in Seattle? They usually have really stylish clothes at cheap prices. I buy all my clothes there. A shirt usually runs about $30, but it is also usually almost 40% off.

online is the best way to go... try sites like delias.com and urbanoutfitters.com.
gap.com often has amazing sales and can have some really cute pieces sometimes.
those stores have shoes as well, but you can also go to www.stevemadden.com, www.ninewest.com... and zappos.com often has free shipping!

bogo is good for shoes. aeropostale and american eagle are less expensive than the "real" preppy places. if you fell like you can afford it, of course abercrombie and fitch. well good luck.
