I lost a good friend because of the same situation. She told me that she had been having erotic dreams about me. I politely pointed out that I wasn't interested and asked that she never mention it again. Things were strained for a short while but our friendship got back on track.
Until she mentioned it again, around four months later. She was staying over at my place and tried to seduce me whilst wearing a baby-doll night dress! It was laughable really but I threw a hissy fit and we haven't spoken since...
If she keeps pushing the issue, and you are uncomfortable with it, you will have to cut loose. If she can handle that her crush isn't reciprocated you will remain friends.

That's sick! I hate it when that happens. Lot of twisted girls you can call them bi/lez what ever you want but I hear a lot of stories like when two friends are together and the other one tries to seduce her friend even though she knows she is straight. It's like the devil's work. TELL HER YOU'RE NOT BI/LEZ OR WIERD! And tell her if she continues this you'll never be her friend again. Infact she's not a friend for doing this to you. I can see a guy coming on to you but that's even not a good friend but to do it homosexually it's not just bad but also a manipulation and wicked way of taking advantage of your ethics and morals. I get rid of her if I were you. I recently dumped a friend whom I've know for over 10 years because he was abusing me verbally but in a sneaky way. Believe me I was stressed about losing his friendship for over couple of months and when I dumped him I was soooooooo reliefed and no regrets whatsoever! You'll find other friends who will respect you not manipulate you. TRUST ME! DUMP HER NOW! SOONER THE BETTER FOR YOU! SHE IS NOT A FRIEND!
P.S. contact me if you need more advice or moral support. Good luck - cupid

You can tell her that you are flattered but, that you are straight. If she confuses the signals you may have sent just let her know, gently you didn't intend to do that. Yeah, to lighten the situation start discussing a guy you both think is cute. Let her know you will always be a friend to her.

I'd say, get her in private, let her make her move, see how you react. She might know something that would really turn you on. If not, then you can ask her why she did that, what made her think you were receptive, and work on that. Don't close your mind, you might find a new friend ... and a new way of being close.

Tell her the truth. It's better to tell her now instead of hurting her so much later on.

well maybe the signals you sent your friend may have been interpreted wrong, just let your friend know your sexual orientation and keep on with the friendship
