Find a nice big parking lot.....take your platics off......anyway tighten up your elbows (don't lock em)......snap the front brake at about 85 - 90 % and the rear will rise. Right before you hit balance point let out of the brake slightly and just drag it to keep the rear up.....just a suggestion if your just learning this one take some foam padding and slit it along the side.....put it over the windscreen lip to keep from mackin it.......happy one wheelin man...

I would suggest you coat your whole body with a 2" layer of vaseline.That way,when you hit the pavement you'll slide better.Also it'll REALLY piss off the people in the emergency room.

speed up to 150 mph and pull front brake lever as hard as you can. assuming you have good enough brakes and traction you will endo very quickly.
