Name her Cassandra--then call her Casey.
Someone did a study where they sent out resumes with informal names and formal names, the ones with formal names got more replies. You don't know what things will be like for your daughter so give her more options. Maybe she'll want to go to law school someday.
Also if she wants a change sometime she could also call hersel Sandy or Sandra. (Or if there are 3 Casey's in her 4th grade class!)
(I know, I named my daughter Elizabeth for her grandma Betty, she was Lizzie when she was little, but when she got older she wanted to be Liz)

Yes I do like that name...When I was younger I met a beautiful girl named Casey...so I've got very good memorys attached to that name... :-)

Hey cool my name is casey! and I spell it that way too. of course im gonna say i like that name, for a boy or a girl. But if its a girl u could spell it Kacie because its more girly.
