You don't even have to run everyday. Every other day should be fine. If you prefer the old woman's way, start sweeping the floor and cleaning the bathroom. Oh, and smash your computer with a hammer.

Take up a hobby like skating or some sort of sport. And eat fruits after every meal.

you are young and healthy, try not to be a couch potato.

enjoy what you eat but balance that with good excercise as you are still young. Basketball would be good and swimming as your whole body is used and promotes good blood circluation and breathing as well as you burn more calories.
