Im building a new PC and i need to know a good mobo and cpu combo for under $250

i looked around at newegg and found these for about $280 id be willing to go that high but is this a good combination?
ASUS P5LD2 Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 945P ATX Intel Motherboard
and
Intel Pentium D 930 Presler 3.0GHz 2 x 2MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Dual Core Processor

Do some shopping around for what you want...try newegg.com but for a $250 combo, you're not gonna get much...you should think about spending at least 100 bucks more...you'll get a much faster CPU and a good mobo to match it!

The ASUS P5LD2-SE is about $ 50.00 more and will take the Intel LGA775 Pentium 4 CPU, Core 2 Duo and Dual-Core CPU .
If you want to use the new Core 2 Duo processor get the one with SE on the end.
