Don't lose it fast as you will put it all back on and more.
I am overweight and have been for many years. One thing though I lose I stone in 4 and 1 half hours, yes it's true I am a renal patient and I have 5 liters at least taken off from me, one litre of fluid is one kilo in weight. You will find that if you lose weight slowly , you will have a better chance of keeping it off, otherwise if you lose too much too soon you will pile on the pounds back on quicker than you took it off and you will put more on, trust me you will see-saw with your weight and before you know it you are worse off than when you first started. I am a 50 year old disabled man from Essex England I am Scottish. One good piece of advice and it does help, and that is simply keep busy, keep your mind occupied, when you go out dont take any money with you unless you need it to make a purchase you want, keep away from fast food outlets, they are the worlds worst to pile on the weight. Hope this helps you.

it is never good to loose a lot of weight fast!
But what really helps to get healthy, is to not eat pasta, bread and other things that contains a lot of carbohydrates.
Drink a lot of water ... and do some real good exercise; powerwalks, biking, aerobics, yoga and weight lifting.
what is real good to do, is to built up muscles. Then you burn fat, and you wear yourself in a whole better way; you look taller and thinner.
Good luck to you!

Doctors have been saying it for years, "diet and exercise". You didn't gain your weight in one day, so you're not going to lose it fast!
