Is there a way to shorten or compress a video file?

I have two videos that are over 100 MB. One is 127 MB and the other is 107 MB. I need to get them down to 100 MB or under for them to fit on YouTube. I don't have video editing software. Is there any way to compress or shorten the video to decrease the file size?

yes, go to download.com and download a video compresser.

You need video editing software, and it depends on the type of video you are talking about.
Limewire and Ares allow you to download stuff like that.
