i have an mpio mp3 player.the model is a hd300.once i connect the player to the computer and then open windows media player it cannot find the devce.any help on this or if there is something specific i have to do,it would be a great help.

open explore and check that your computer is recognizing it first. there should be an icon saying player or e drive of something like that.
Depending on what you want to do, you can go to media player and synchronize your player by directing WMP to it. Press F1 for help and type in relative word also go to tools>>options and check all your options are to your liking, again use the help feature

I have had this hassle. I dont know about your specific model but go to the mpio website and see if theirs an update on your software that can help.

i use windows media player for my sandisk mp3 works great
