Not sure where you are from but I am sure you would have this sort of concept as well. In Australia we have a bookstore/cafe where you can buy a coffee and read all the magazines and books to your hearts content without every having to purchase them.

If you know the name of the specific magazine you'd like to read, you can type it in google or yahoo to find their official website. Then, you can read the articles and look at the pictures right off of the internet. For example if you love "Rolling Stone," go to http://www.rollingstone.com to find articles and pics!
