You you really want is to convert your fat to muscle. You need to do a 50/50 mixture of cardio (running, jogging) and weight training. My suggestion, try an eliptical machine for cardio (if you have access to one) as they are very good for people such as yourself. Start off with weights that are light and gradually build your way up. You do not want to start off on heavy weights that you can only lift a few times as this may lead to injury or set backs that are often difficult for beginners to overcome.

Eat healthy and use weights so that while you're losing weight the skin gets taught and doesn't turn into excess skin that you can't do anything about. But if you're going at the working out and eating healthy thing for a while then it might just be that you're not sweating enough, our bodies retain A LOT of water.

muscle burs fat, the more muscle you have, the more fat your body will burn. if yu want to lose weight, do cardio work, maily, with some weights

yes just work out or go to your high school and do weightlifting if they have it at your school or join a gym and get a trainer dont eat too much junk food
