I am looking for a keyboard player kind of like what The Racontuers have.....just enough to fill the gaps and add a little but more to the music. I have very little experience with the keyboard, I know all of the notes on the k.board, and can play all the chords in the C scale. So I am not entirely sure how I should audition a keyboard player. Any advice would be helpfull. Thanks.

Jens Johansson, keyboardist of Finnish power metallic band, Stratovarius. curiously, he's a legend over in Europe, yet bands like those do not get everywhere close to the acceptance they deserve over right here in North united statesa..
