I'm guessing you use yahoo! mail.
To report spam check the little box next to the subject
(RE: e0E Xha) then there is a button in a coloured bar at the top of your messages to report spam next to delete, move etc, click that, then it should block the address.
I think there is a similar way for hotmail.

get norton antivirus professional and download latest virus updates!
Are these popups or spam emails? Looks like popups, since it's a URL.
Yahoo Toolbar has a popup blocker, as do many other toolbars, like Google's. Download it and block popups.
Internet Explorer has a popup blocker too. In the IE bar, go to Tools, then Pop-up Blocker, and make sure it's turned on.
Also, download a-squared free, and update and run it regularly. It wipes out lots of malware. http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free...

Check for spyware. Run both Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaw... and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/)...... to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections. All three programs are free.
