Firstly, the word you want is "ho", a word from African American Vernacular English, also known as Ebonics. (see Wikipedia)
Secondly, the answer depends on your definition of "go out with". If you went to movies, dinner, see a show, or just sat and talked, then no. You are apparently very popular and fun to be with. However if your definition includes having sex, and you're receiving something in return, whether it be money or gifts, the answer is yes. If you're having sex with that many guys and not getting anything else out of it, you're just promiscuous (I tried slut, but it seems there are controls against using such words).
At 16 you should be getting good grades in school, planning for your future, and learning about who you are. There will always be guys. They can wait.

Um, most people would think so, yes. How does someone have enough time in her life to date that many guys before graduating high school.
What do you even mean by going out. Like someone you say yes I'll be your gf then eat lunch together at school for a week and then dump him or going out on real dates or going out as in having sex?
