100 percent. The myth that we only use 10% is just that a MYTH we use all of our brain just maybe different parts at different times.

Each part of your brain is used for something. There is no waste. If it has no use it will evlove away or would never been evloved into you to start with. Some parts of the brain are used for movment some for thinking some for controlling your heart and keeping it beating and so on. As we get smarter our brain will start changing and there will be less need to flex your butt mussels so you may lose a little bit of the brain that controls that but gain more elsewhere. Your head will enlarge as well.

For a diffent perspective, think of how many people use their brains to anywhere near the limits of their capability? And how many people use their brains to accomplish something productive? I think these are a much more collossal waste than the 5-10% customary figure.

All of it.

The "10%" that is popular in myth comes from the fact that the grey matter is where information is processed. The other 90% is white matter (neurons) that connect all the areas of the brain with each other.

Good question. I think it varies based on what you use your brain for each day. I mean somedays you can ust be thinking of old memories, and other days thinking about math problems.

It's according, or relative to where you are a Democrat or not. If so very little all you do is follow the leader without asking questions.
