The cheapest new Dell will work either on high speed Internet or dial-up. I know because that's what I buy and use.
You can also download and install Firefox for Windows on most machines.

A notebook computer can be used to web surf, just the same as a desktop computer.

buy the new hottop's from dell there really good more better then the laptops's and the desktop pcs the new hottops have a lot of power dell come out with the verry frist hottops
