Black circles are caused by poor circulation in the skin under your eyes. To increase this, put a damp washcloth in the microwave for about 45seconds, and when its done, place it over your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. The heat from the cloth opens up the blood vessels and increases the flow of blood. You can repeat this 2 or 3 times if you like (It feels pretty relaxing) about 20-30 minutes in between. This should help your problem.

There are a variety of things you can do about this situation...My personal fave is to boil two tea bags and then let them cool down to a warm temperature. Squeeze the tea bags out to make sure they dont drip and place on eyes for 5-10 minutes every day.

You can also try this! May sound wierd but it WORKS WONDERS! Get Prepiration H cream (the stuff you use for hemorrhoids) and rub that under your eyes in a thin layer before you go to bed. Be sure to wash off completly as soon as you wake up b/c otherwise you could break because of too much moisture!

I've had them for years and I'm only 13, try putting moist tea bags on your eyes or cucumbers, and try to sleep better if nothing works just deal with it and learn to like it, I did! Good luck, you could always try makeup. Ive learned to work around mine, they don't really bother me. =)
