A Scrap book with pics and things from your friendship together. Get you BOTH a disposable camera before she goes away, take lots of pics with both, that way when she gets settled in her new home, she'll be able to take the camera and get pics developed of the two of you. Give her a box of self addressed stamped envelopes and stationary so it's easier to keep up with each other, get her a phone card so it won't cost to call. These are some very good ways to give her something valuable before she goes away. Don't be afraid to let her see you cry. She'll know for sure then you have been the best of friends.

My suggestion would be to think of your most memorable time together and get a sentimental gift to correspond with that time. I know 11 years is a really long time but a framed shadow box with several photos & stuff like ticket stubs from a concert you enjoyed together is something you can make yourself and is reletively inexpensive to make. Plus it can capture several different memories into one piece of art plus she/he can display it wherever they want. E-mail me if you decide to use this & I can suggest several ideas for your shadow box as far as colors, size, & good deals on the supplies you'll need to make it.

Well if your really close to her you get her somthing very special and that you will remember her with one for you to have and one for your friend...maybe a heart neckllace or a charmed bbf forever braclet..somthing that your friend will appreciate and that you will proud to get her...i always got my friend braclets necklaces and things that they love. Like nicknack a angle watching over her, If your talented you can also write her a poem or a story about your friend ship.

you should get her a gift card to her favorite store.
its the best present to give.
but you should fram a picture of the two of you,
and go to the spa, and get pedicures together.
im sorry your friend is moving, but the most important thing is to keep talking to her when she does move, that way you can stay friends.

I'd go with a picture, and maybe a box of mementos, snd also some stationary. Just put together a box of special things for her...

Get her a card and write somthing in it like "I will miss you alot and you will always be my best friend" and get her either Money or a stuffed animal. And don't forget a hug!

Get her a stuffed animal that she might like and then get one of those best friends forever necklace and have one around your neck and the other around the stuffed animal when you give it to her!

a memoriabilia of your friendship like maybe a giftbasket with a photo album, a card, a neclace, candy, flowers, and anything special that you would want to give her...inside of the giftbasket...

If you have a good picture of the two of you together buy a nice frame, frame the picture and give it to her so she'll always remember you.
