The fact that he doesn't live in your town really shouldn't matter if you like the guy. If you do like him, say yes. What have you got to lose?

i would say no... but it really depends on how you feel for him. if you like him, i'd say forget it... but if you love him, then go ahead - but just think about the difficulties. like when you need him he can't be there, and he could easily be cheating on you as well since he's far away and you can't find out... take your time and think about it
