A lot of people already signed up. They agreed to the previous "terms of use". Can I unilaterally change them?

Nope, didn't mention anything about that. A lot of people already signed up. What do I do?

Did you mention that you reserve the right to change the terms at any time? If not, then it would be unethical and immoral (if not illegal) to change them for those who have already signed up.
