This happend about three weeks ago. I also have no medical insurance so I don't think seeing a doc will be possible. It hurts to bend at the waist, like to reach down to my toes

It could be a pull, over extension, or a tear. You will need to have the doctor ascertain as to which. All three will give the same symptoms. But, terrible pain when you bend your knees in a standing position could further damage the injury, making going to the doctor even more important.

If you can still operate all the relevant joints (even if there is some pain), you have probably not done yourself any serious injury, and things will probably heal up in time. If, however, some things no longer work at all (e.g., you cannot bend your foot back and forth), then the problem is more serious and you need medical attention.

The same thing happened to me. It feels so weird & like there is a loose string in there. The doctors aren't very helpful. There is all kinds of fascia/tendons in there and it's probably inflammed. I don't think there is anything they can do.

Good Luck

P.S. You have to get medical insurance!!!

Not necessarily for everyday doctor concerns but to protect you against financial catastrophe in case you fall down and break your foot, or break your arm, your appendix has to come out ($10,000) or come down with a disease.

You probably have torn some of your muscle tissues. You should do about 50 jumping jacks.
