No, nothing is known to be able to survive inside a black hole, exerything gets ripped up from the intense gravitational field. Atom's themselves are ripped appert.

If you define a living thing as an object that requires air, water and food to survive, then no, black hole is not a living thing. It is just an object with an immense amount of gravitational force.

Black holes only live in theory. They have never been proven into existance, but they are whats left behind when a star imlodes/explodes. If you think that stars and planets are living then yes, a black hole is possibly a living thing. There is on proof that it is, nor is there that it isnt. So really, who knows

Physically is "dead"... so it is more a philosophical answer.
