Well, there are some of us who reflect upon another era a time when the world we live in wasn't as complicated as it is now.
Where in the world & a time, would you rather be, what would you do to get there if it were possible?

i rather be in the "old times" when living means smelling the flowers feeling the sun on your skin...feeling the heat when it is hot and feeling the cold when it is cold...when working means working hard to get what you need and want and be so happy when you get it... using what is there and not thinking what else you can use.... i rather be where there is no technology...no cell phones when i am vacationing, when emergency comes let it be that is the chain(if someone get hurt let it be) ...truthfully i rather be with people who we can just talk and listen to each other what we thought and not watch tv while talking (cause then we listen we hear) i rather be where i can plant and eat no worries , ( i will be more satisfied cause i know i work hard to get it) ....

Yesterday is an infinity away! Many of us, most of us as we get older, long for the simpler life of yesterday. Trouble is that when we were there we failed to comprehend what we had. It is exactly the same short sightedness that inspired the saying, "Youth is wasted on the young!"

You will only apreciate something when it is no longer within your grasp.

Would I go back? I often wish I could. Back to a time when your loved ones could meet you at the gate at the airport. A day before homeland security. A day when people could speak to one another and touch one another without fear.

Yesterday is an infinity away!

The world's always been a complicated place. It doesn't matter what era.

We are living in a golden age of science and medicine. I like it right here, so I think I'll stay here. The future might be awful, and I know the past had lots of problems that can now be resolved.

Each era had its own unique set of problems!
I'd like to time-travel to late 1800's to walk with Monet in his gardens, and watch him paint.
