Number 3. It places responsibility squarely on the individual's shoulders to improve society but at the same time acknowledges root causes behind what is happening.
The second statement sounds too derivative of Benjamin Franklin's "We must all hang together, or else we shall all hang separately."
The first statement -- maybe it's just the connotation of the word "evolve" -- is denigrating at best and insulting at worst.
