Explain please. And no, you can't say 'Both' and get ten points. That isn't clever...or funny.

But demonstrations of both are allowed.

Sorry, but damn the points. I know lots of funny people, and they're all clever.

Humour is born of intelligence - it's a different way of looking at the world, one goes hand in hand with the other.

Let me ask you this - if you're travelling at the speed of light in your spaceship and you turn your headlights on, will anything happen?

I used to work in a fire hydrant factory. You couldn't park anywhere near the place.

Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

If toast always lands butter-side down, and cats always land on their feet, what happen if you strap toast on the back of a cat and drop it?

I have an existential map. It has "You are here" written all over it.

ur so low sunbeam.. **** thats a hard one... id rather be clver cuz that way you can lke have variety in how you say things and like what if your telling a joke, u dont want them to hear the same thing do u? add some spice and just mix it around a bit. im personally more clever than the latter. im actually not funny at all. lol. both r good but being funny doesnt neccesarly get you to far unless ur a comedian...neither does being clever unles your in a fight or giving plp tips on something. u can awlays mix both though.

Being clever can be funny, and vice versa, right? Some clever people are funny with their remarks, and some funny people can be clever when coming up with something which is terribly hilarious... I'm not saying "both" though, it's just my honest opinion!

Hope this has answered you!

I'm not very clever but people still laugh at me so you're all wrong when you say you have to be clever to be funny. In fact my best friend is really, really stupid and I laugh at him all the time.

Well I think we have a LOT of very clever and funny people on here, surely it takes intelligence to be funny. I think there are a lot of dumb questions, and some of the answers to these are fabulously funny. I consider myself Funny peculiarly clever!

It depends if your responses are funny because you have misinterpreted all the questions you have answered , and every one is laughing at you . Or through your own perception of yourself you think your clever . Which I will add in your case is pretty funny .

I suppose clever as you can always develop a sense of humour and be funny whereas you cannot always develop the intelligence to be clever

Clever. If you're clever you'll have success in life, meaning friends and money. If you're funny, you'll only have friends, unless you are funny enough to be on TV.
