i recently restored my ipod to its factory settings, but when i connect my ipod to my pc now my ipod does not update automatically like it did before. it seems my computer does not recognise my ipod any more as my ipod will not update when i try and do it manually.... lost without my ipod, plase help!....

Make a backup of your data on your iPod, then try again to reset and restore. if it doesnt help, totall uninstall and reinstall the iPod again also iTunes. it should work then.

SAME i'm having that same problem right now! grrr. i haven't restored mine yet though, i don't want it to not be able to get any songs on it again.

Unplug, reset, do the restore once more
