No stupidity doesn't have virtue. To say that it does would be like saying having a disease is virtuous. Stupidity is just a way of existence for some people, just like being white or black is. You can't decided to be stupid or not, but you can decide to be ignorant of certain things in life.

Dictionary definition of Virtue:

Main Entry: vir·tue
Function: noun
Pronunciation: 'v&r-(")chü
Etymology: Middle English virtu, from Old French, from Latin virtut-, virtus strength, manliness, virtue, from vir man -- more at VIRILE
1 a : conformity to a standard of right : MORALITY b : a particular moral excellence
2 plural : an order of angels -- see CELESTIAL HIERARCHY
3 : a beneficial quality or power of a thing
4 : manly strength or courage : VALOR
5 : a commendable quality or trait : MERIT
6 : a capacity to act : POTENCY
7 : chastity especially in a woman
- vir·tue·less/-(")chü-l&s/ adjective
- by virtue of or in virtue of : through the force of : by authority of

Virtue by dictionary definitions usually implies some sort of personal or social empowerment. Both ignorance and stupidity don't do anything like that.

This question reminds me of a quote from an old Dilbert cartoon, were Wally proclaims, "Stupidity is like nuclear power. It can be used for good or evil." :-)

I happen to believe that stupidity is neither a virtue nor a vice, but simply a description of one's mental state. However, I do think that willful ignorance is a vice, and failing to apply the mental capacities that one does have is a vice as well. What's even worse is to knowing prey on other's stupidity. Perhaps the only thing remotely approaching virtue is that it gives one a built-in defence for sympathy from others. (I know that I would be sympathetic to someone if they were unfairly being exploited for their lower mental capacity.)

Hope that helps.
