The Japanese do not combine vowel sounds, they're spoken independently of one another.
So, Uchihas would be pronounced : Oo Chi Ha (the speaker could pronounce the 's' as well...depending on localized diatletical patterns.)
Same as Toyota is pronounced : To Yo Ta
