I was going to suggest that the best thing for burns is always aloe vera lotion and a clean, dry bandage. But after reading through the answers you've receved so far I would suggest you clarify whether you meant to say "heartburn", meaning acid indigestion, or "hurt, (I burned myself), and how badly you got burned; either first, second or third degree burn.

Tums are generally considered safe during pregnancy to help with heartburn. Talk to your doctor though, if the heartburn is really severe... it could be an indicator of something else going on.

Talk to your doctor. He/she will tell you what is safe to take. Don't take anything without talking to your doctor first. I always drank a glass of cold milk until I got to talk to my doctor. Now I take a medicine twice a day and he says I might have to take it until the baby comes in November.
