Use this to help with ovulation..Just put in the first day of your last period and it does the math for you..Its simple, easy and you can even print it out if you like..I used it and got pregnant the first round..
Also try taking some pre-natals, this wont make you conceive but it will prepare your body for it..

Best of luck to you :)

Ovulation happens 14 days (give or take 2) BEFORE your next period starts. Figure out how long your cycles are and count back 14 days from when your next period is due--this is your fertile period. Some signs of ovulation include: mittleschmerz or pain around the ovaries, cervical mucus that is slippery and the consistancy of raw egg-whites. Try charting your basal body temps to determine if you are ovulating (www.fertilityfriend.com). Also, you need to be taking prenatal vitamins for 3 months before getting pregnant.

After 7 months of trying, I'd go to a doctor. The only way I know to increase your chances of conception is to know for sure when you are ovulating. A lot of people use home tests and a lot of people chart their daily basal temperatures. My doctor had me chart my temperature to learn if I was ovulating and then my husband and I had sex every other day through my entire cycle.

To conceive you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.
