Skype new ID without downloading again?

Hello, I've got Skype downloaded on my laptop but want to just create a new ID for a family member. I can't see this option on the Skype site, but surely there is a way of doing this. I've gone to the Skype download process but don't want to go through all that.

I'm not certain, but I think that when you 1st open skype, it gives an option to sign in as another user. Use that option and your family member should be able to sign in using their Skype name. I cannot remember offhand how to do this, unfortunately.
