Any live foods you can get from the pet shop.

As mentioned before, Bloodworms, water fleas, tubifex worms, blood shrimp. these can be brought dried and live.
Tetra fish foods do a range of live feeds that have been freeze dried and these are good for anything that likes insect based food.

You can also buy these in frozen blocks which you just deforst and feed,

I have a tropical frog and he eats all the above and some pellets that i put in for the Pleco and catfish.

Uhhhhh..... I had some of those once and they eat brine shrimp or frog pellets that you can buy at a pet store.
