Drink upto 8 glasses of water per day. Eat more vegetables and greens (salads) than red meats.
Eat fish instead of burgers and fries. Avoid pizza and pasta.
If you order fries or pizza, share with someone else and always get the medium fries - just to stop your craving.
Eat smaller portions through the day. Don't diet. Eat what you love in moderation. But don't forget to drink your 8 glasses of water.
Walk everyday or exercise moderately for 30 minutes. Watch what happens!

Let's see, if you want to get thin quicker than why not consider using Dexidrine (dextroaphetamine sulfate) 5mg qid or take one 15mg Spansule time released form given QD. Or try using the favorire street drug Ritilan (methylphenidate) at say 10mg tid...hell why not go for trying to survive and being reational and use 20mg tid. Then of course there is the new drug of choice that 20 years ago was known under the brand name of Obetrol (now marketed as Adderal). It was a combination of amphetamin & dextroxamphehetamines and doseage was either 10mg or 20mg. Want to really drop that weight, why not tru taking the highest dose of each of these drug and take the chance of ending up in the local ER suffering from a potential heart attack....and maybe a couple of pounds.
My guess, and I could be wrong, is that your are trying to drop 5lbs to get into a dress and impress that certain some one. I would bet you are already pretty attractive and probably need to add 5 or 10 pounds to be and look healthy. Look, onviously I DO NOT condonce anyone using speed legally prescribed or brought of some street druggies.
Not only will you regain every pound you lost but the use of these drugs will change you additude in to well...one of being an a**hole if you stay on them long enough, your complextion will explode into a field o acne and other things.
And yes, 32 years ago I has access to pharmaceutical grade Ritilan, Obetrol, Desoxen, and my favorite..Bi-Phetamines (better known as Black Beauties),valium, qualuudes and a bunch ofother "cool drugs". I used them just to get through college exams but it didn't stop there. Heck, it made me feel great....until. It took a very good friend of mine to sit me down and literally look at how I physically looked in the mirror.
So, Take the advice of those giving you safe, none drug involved ways to lose a small amount of weight safetly. And if you don't lose those HUGH pound...I bet no one will even notive.

Reduce your junk food intake and stick to wholesome foods such as fruits and vegetables. Imagine your body as the machine to burn your weight and actually perform the workouts.
Do not plan dieting because it is not a solution for a longer duration. You can easily feel tired by following a particular diet pattern for a shorter duration. It reduces your rate of metabolism by draining away the water content and retaining the fat content.

Cellophane Body Wrap and then sit in the Sauna for 10 hours. You will get very thin fast.

if you get thin too quickly you will put on the weight you've lost and more when you stop your diet. i know it sucks but it's the truth. the best way to lose weight is to exercise and get on a diet (but you have to find the best one for your metabolism). if you dont like exercising hard like crunching and stuff like me i reccomend power yoga. its amazing you should do it.
