Halloween
simply because its one holiday that doesn't involve family.
only hanging with friends and reeking havoc

Mine would be Memorial Day, not only because it marks the beginning of summer, that's a given, of course, but for the true heroes, men and women who we "remember" , even if for only a few moments, who made the incredible sacrifice of thier own lives so you and I can do what we are doing now. This holiday isn't about me, it's about those amazing soldiers whom I never knew that died young so I could be safe. I just try to do the right things today and by doing so I can give them the respect and honor they deserve. My life is the greatest gift I ever received, how about you? the rat

Halloween!
It is fun! It allows me to be a child again!
It also allows me to explore my fantasies! Not for evil but just for fun.
Somehow I always seem to dress up as a Pirate when I take the kiddies out for Trick or Treat!

Christmas, it just has a good feeling in it that reminds me of when I was younger. I could care less about the presents, being with family is a reward within itself.

Christmas because the season is just so happy and fun. I like buying gifts for people and I just like the feeling Christmas brings.
