Will the nokia 7610 work with U.S. Cellular?

NO. U.S. Cellular is a CDMA network provider. (BOO)!

The 7610 is a GSM phone. Nokia make very little CDMA phones. Also a little heads up - I believe Motorola and Nokia are both going to announce shortly that they are going to stop making CDMA phones full stop.
