i got with this boy for all the wrong reasons and he realy likes me and its not fair to him so i broke up with him, then one of his friends told me he has depresion problems and he almost killed him self so i got back with him but im miserable but im afraid if i break up with him again he will realy do it, he was so close last time i need advice asap

Tell a teacher that he said that he would kill himself and he or she will take care of it. And if he asks why tell him that you don't like him that way and you also don't want him to kill himself too.

take him to a doctor and you cant date him for the rest of your life so he wont kill him self

He's holding you hostage. Stay away from him.
You can't stay with him the rest of his life, just so he doesn't kill himself!
