Trust me when I say - YOU CAN WAIT! Yes babies are cute and cuddly - but they require a lot of work and right now you are still very much a child that lacks maturity. This is your time to grow up, become the man you are suppose to be and when you are financially ready and mature enough - then you can raise your family. In addition, how will get a good job, how will be able to provide a home, who is going to buy the diapers, the formula - the bills for the pregnancy and much less the delivery. What if the baby has health problems - insurance? Shots, well visits to the doctors - etc etc. How are you going to school? How are you going to adapt when you only get very little sleep? Then when your gf breaks up with you, you are dealing with custody issues and rights to see the child. Yea I seriously think you need to wait!

Is she already pregnant? I definitely would say "no" if she isn't already pregnant. Why do you want a baby with her? What is it that you can't wait for? I'm pretty sure you cannot financially support a child. I'm in my 30s and I have friends w/ kids and I'm glad I don't have any. My friends and I love the single life. After 30, the desire to have some sort of romantic life was no longer there. Unlike my friends who got married and have kids, I don't have some fantasy about what married life is supposed to be or desire to be emotionally dependent on a person like the first time I was in a serious relationship. I miss being in a relationship, but it takes a lot of effort, hard work for it to be in a good place. Now, I want to get married to a guy when we are both individuals with a life and are not codependents.

Kids are your kids for life, and regardless if they are adults, they will always be the center of your pains as well as joys.

Only good thing about having a kid now is the 2 of you can grow up together. This aint a puppy your talking about here, you just cant put it in the yard when your tired of playing with it. Raising kids is nothing but hard work 24/7. I can promise your not ready at 14.

At 14 you are definately not ready to have a baby. How would you support your child? You are too young to even get a job. How would you take the baby to doctor appointments and things like that? You are too young to get a drivers liscense. How would you have time to finish school when you are busy changing diapers, making bottles, and being up all night long? Stay in school and graduate, get a job, experience living outside of your parents home, get married and then think about having a baby.

you should have the kids with your girlfriend even though you are 14 years old. You know why...? I need someone to take my order at Mc Donald's because I would hate to see someone my age taking my order because I would feel sorry for them, however a 14 year old with greasy pimples, I don't feel sorry for. Oh by the way, when you need some extra money (because your kid will cost a fortune), you and your girlfriend can come and clean my house and do the gardening for minimum wage. Hey, you are really off to a good start in life...screw college who needs it! Cleaning toilets, that is your future...hey you rock!!!

You are a kid wanting to have a kid. supporting and taking care of the baby takes a lot of time, effort , love and money. you are in school . age 14 . get your head on straight and really think about this, You wont be able to have a life of your own, you will be home taking CARE of your child. not going out with friends and having fun, you will be bored with the baby and then what..???

You need to wait...there is no way at the age of 14 that you are ready to be a daddy...It's hard enough when you are 18 years old...

DONT DO IT
