MTV actually shows videos around 6 in the morninng until 9 or so, I get up to get ready to go to work and watch em!!!!!

All the videos are on the pay for play family pack for satellite & cable TV. I fell asleep with jackass reruns on MTV and woke up to some little rich brats and they're lame, no booze having, newbie rapper hired entertainment, kiddie parties this AM with Super Sweet 16. Has to be the most annoying show they have. I'm more concerned with why there's MTV Jams, MTV Hits, MTV espaniol, etc which strictly always have videos on with nothing for rock anymore. MTV2 is becoming the same as MTV in that they're showing reality shows instead of rock videos.

That's what i've been wondering for the past 7 years. If you want to watch videos you'll probably have to get satellite tv and find some non-mtv/vh1 channel.

I remember when Mtv was JUST music videos and some hour long shows that were actually interesting...

they haven't shown videos in years...neither does vh1, you have to get MTV2 for videos now
