a dead deadbeat is usually a guy who don't payed child-support...ya no deadbeat dad!!!

A person who will not honor his commitments (as in a father who just leaves a wife and child behind and totally refuses to pay child support or anything. A guy who would even go so far as to quit hiss job and end up on welfare in order to avoid those responsibilities.

it a person that doesnt care about anything, not even themselves, dont have any ambition in life, lazy, dont take responsibility.it mostly refers to deadbeat dads/moms, by the way, nice eyes.
