I've been playing tennis for several years and more and more my right shoulder/back is becoming more and more sore. My right shoulder back is much larger and more muscular than my left and now every day I feel tightness and ache on my right back/shoulder/neck. How do you guys deal with this situation?

There are some books available that show the proper way to stretch the areas you mentioned. If you can go see a physical therapist, he/she can help you with your problem.

Your dominant arm is going to be bigger. You can work on the other, but if you play a lot it is not going to make that much of a difference. Go get a massage and stretch like a maniac.

Hi mate! I heard that playing "one-sided" sports like tennis causes scoliosis which makes sense because you tend to "twist" more to the stronger side. I know this might not solve your problem, but i just want you to look out for such a big problem. i suggest you keep your answer posted. Mail me @ bleekbeen@yahoo.co.uk if you want to critisize or anything! cheers>>>.

GO TO A GOOD GYM TALK WTIH REHABILIATION EXPERT.. BETTER=PERHAPS RECCOMENDED BY YOUR DOCTOR... YOU CAN AFFORD IT
AND ITS THE BEST WAY TO DO IT. LIFTING WAITS? NOT EASY AND MAYBE BETTER TO EASE OUT OF GAME..
