If you have been faithful why would he not be. All I can say is unless you actually see him its an issue I would try and not even worry about. Trust me I have questioned and said things as well which only divides 2 people further.

His actions will tell you alot. If he's breaking dates and making excuses not to see you there is cause for concern about this. And that's when you need to speak up and ask him what is going on? Explain to him you are bothered by this.

some people can never trust another person fully, no matter how faithful they are.
I know - i have been like that in the past and ruined relationships cos of it.
watch out for that in yourself

It sounds like you have some doubts. If you have reason to suspect that he hasn't been, then maybe you should reconsider. the man you're with. But if you don't notice any obvious signs that he's seeing another woman, I wouldn't worry.

Have you asked him? Above all go with your heart. If you didn't feel that something was wrong, you wouldn't be concerned enough to ask this question. Above all, don't do anything rash, you will regret it later if u do. Use your head and take it slow.

if you have doubt in his faithfulness than that's an issue. if you think he's chating on you than confront him or find out for sure. you don't want to waste your time with someone who is not that into you.

If he really cared about you, you would know by the way he treats you and you would not have doubts.

either have faith or just straight out ask him ... if you love him you have to trust him other wise it's just hormones and not true feelings
