depends on what kind of paint. If it is a water based paint, and I know this sounds strange, but how about dishwashing detergent?

If it's an oil based paint, just a lot of scrubbing...

Paint Thinner

You should be using body paint -- it's way easier to wash off.

Latex can usually be cleaned off with soap and water and lots of scrubbing. For oil-based paints, use paint-thinner or turpentine.

It really depends on what type of paint.
Paint thinner usually works fantasitically, but it's really better for you to just scrub a little bit with soap and water. Trace amounts of paint thinner will make it through skin into the bloodstream, so using it a lot is definitely not recommended.

Depends upon what kind of paint. Most cases soap and water, Turpentine or other solvents will work on the harder types. Skin sheds, it will be off in a few days.

Depends on what kind of paint!
Soap and water, or paint thinner will work. Or nail polish remover.
I really wanted to say, you can always scrape it off with a razor blade, but I can't be that cruel! ;-/

for oil based paints: the best way is to use cooking oil and maybe some sugar/salt to rub the paint off.

DO NOT USE PAINT THINNER, OR OTHER MINERAL SOLVENTS INCLUDING GASOLINE, it'll go through your skin, and it's a neurotoxin, it can also cause blood cancer if you breath it in, or use it on yourself a lot daily.

for everything else, try soap and water.
