yes contact the person you bought them from on eBay, it could have been a genuine mistake, but its also possible you have been conned.

If you get no joy from the buyer you should open a dispute console which gives them a certain amount of time to respond this is more official and is done through EBay, also i would advise you to contact EBay and tell them what has occured, because if they were advertised as V.I.P tickets then this is false advertising.

If you had payed for them on PAY PAL, then you should be able to get your money back, but this is not set in stone, and even if it does mean that this person is a con artist and EBay do ban them they can still set up another account unfortunately, also you can request personal details of the buyer you have traded with maybe there is a phone number you can try,try contacting them first as i said it may have been a genuine mistake.

Sorry dude, no sympathy, on-line touting is the new scourge of music.... I'd check they are genuine tickets and never take the risk again..
buying tickets, unless you know it to be someone genuinely trying to pass on unwanted tickets (they will usually sell for face value and not add a mark up) u are just encouraging tout scum.

you can also file a complaint with Ebay, stating that item was falsely advertised and you did not receive the correct item. I don't know if you should still use the tickets...it may impede a refund...should contact ebay if you have time.

Neg feedback is a must. I think you should be able to complain through e-bay if you paid more than £15 for something they can do something about it.
Do you have the sellers address? Might come in handy if you want to pursue it further (legally wise)
