Check ebay. You can usually find some decent looking rims there.

What do you consider "decent"? Alloy? Chrome? Billet?

Ain't nothin' cheap

Do not try to modify your ride and expect to save money.

Save money by staying with stock and take your gf (if you have one) out to dinner.
